Diversified’s team assists the owner in identifying design consultants and oversees the competitive bidding of these services. Once the project is designed and the construction documents are complete, Diversified supervises the competitive bidding of the project to contractors. After the contract is awarded, Diversified supervises the construction progress until completion and the proposed project has received a Certificate of Occupancy from the local municipality. Diversified acts as general contractor in cases where the construction project is difficult or too small for competitive pricing.
